The first screen in the app
The home screen opens with the slots welcome bonus. Three cards printed with 777% sit next to the magician, and the headline promises up to €7,777. Two small badges are part of the artwork. A gold one reads 25% cashback, and a second one reads only x7 wager. The line under the banner says the bonus terms apply and that cashback is reserved for VIP customers.

Who may open an account
Registration is open to adults of 18 or over, or the higher legal age in your country. The terms then list places from which the site may not be used at all. That list covers the USA, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Cyprus, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany, Sweden and the Dutch Caribbean islands, along with countries on the FATF blacklist and sanctioned states. Trixino may also refuse players from other countries, and the terms forbid VPNs, proxies and any other tool that hides your real location.
Licence wording
The terms say only that the company is licensed. They refer to the Central Government of Curaçao and to the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority when they describe banned jurisdictions, but they print no licence number and no regulator name next to the company. This page therefore makes no claim about a specific licence.
Paying in and cashing out
Trixino keeps its payment rules in section 4 of the terms for deposits and section 6 for withdrawals. The figures below come from those sections. Deposit limits per method are not printed as a single table. Instead, the cashier shows them at the moment you pay, and they can differ by method, by account level and by country.
Deposit methods
Two sets of logos appear in the app. The lobby shows four methods under the sign up button, and the footer shows a longer row with cards, bank transfer brands and three coins. Which of them you see in the cashier depends on the country and currency of your account.

Crypto deposits come with one practical rule. Always copy the wallet address that the cashier shows at the time of the deposit, because Trixino changes its wallet details from time to time for security. Sending coins to an address you saved earlier is something the terms ask you not to do without confirmation from the company.

In practice the daily ceiling shapes most payouts. A balance of €3,500 has to be split across at least four days, and anything above €10,000 in one month waits for the next month. Only one request can be pending per method, and normally one request can be made in each 24 hour period.
- A payout is only processed once every wagering requirement on the account has been met.
- Money marked as bonus and money from interrupted games cannot be withdrawn.
- A request can be refused if your total bets are smaller than your last deposit.
- Winnings are paid in the currency in which the bets were placed.
- A cancelled withdrawal returns to your balance and can be played again.
- Chargebacks and reversals of deposits are not allowed.
Identity checks
The first withdrawal can trigger a request for KYC documents, and some payment channels have extra requirements. Register with your real legal name, because Trixino reserves the right to check the details you entered and personal data can usually not be edited later. Extra checks, payment channel delays and public holidays can stretch the three banking days.
Currency on this page
All amounts in this English version are in euro, the base currency of the Trixino terms. The terms add that every euro limit applies in the equivalent amount of other account currencies, and that the company is not responsible for changes caused by exchange rates.
Bonus packages and their conditions
The promotions button in the bottom bar opens a page with welcome offers first and weekly offers after them. Each package has a large card with its own colour and artwork: a pink card with a treasure chest of cherries and coins for slots, a purple card with a top hat for live casino, and a blue card with a football for sports. A label on each card names the product, and an Open button shows the details.
A new account chooses one of three welcome packages. The weekly packages follow the same split by product, so slot players, live players and sports bettors each have their own reload.

The slots package step by step
The welcome package is picked during registration. At the top of the form a treasure chest shows the slots package, and a Change button next to it switches to the live or sports package. Under it, numbered cards with a gemstone each show a match and a maximum.

Only step 1 was unlocked on the form. The four cards add up to 527% and €5,777, so they do not cover the full headline figure.
The last column shows the deposit that uses a step in full. Step 1 doubles a deposit of €250 into €500 of bonus. Step 2 matches one to one, so the full €2,000 needs a deposit of the same size. Step 4 adds half of the deposit, which means €3,000 reaches its €1,500 maximum.
Rules for every bonus
A bonus has to be activated before it counts. The bonus amount joins your balance, and every bet is taken from the combined main and bonus parts. Winnings stay locked until the wagering requirement is complete, and then the bonus part moves to the main balance where it can be withdrawn.
- Only one bonus can be active on an account at any time.
- Buying bonus rounds or feature spins inside a game is forbidden while a bonus runs.
- If the balance falls to €0.20, the wagering requirement is cancelled.
- A bonus left unused can be removed one month after it was issued.
- A forfeited or deactivated bonus cannot be switched back on, though bonus money already in the balance stays usable.
- Trixino may ask you to wager part of your own deposit before bonus money can be used.
- Your own deposit has to be bet at least once before a withdrawal.
The wagering multiplier itself varies by bonus type, and the terms do not give one number for all packages. The x7 badge belongs to the slots artwork on the home screen. Check the Open button on each card for the exact figure before you activate a package.
What counts towards wagering
Bets on sports, on table games such as roulette, sic bo and baccarat, on live casino games and on video poker do not count towards a casino bonus. Some slots are also blocked while a bonus is active, among them Sweet Bonanza, Book of Dead, The Dog House, Aviator, Gonzo's Quest, Big Bass Bonanza, 9 Pots of Gold, Blood Suckers and 5 Lions Megaways. Any amount above those ceilings is removed before the withdrawal is processed. On top of that, the terms limit total winnings to €100,000 per day from all bets and bonuses combined.
Sports bonus odds
A sports bonus bet needs odds of at least 1.80 on a single selection. Bets at lower odds do not count towards wagering, and Trixino audits bets regularly to check this rule. Winnings from bets that break it can be confiscated.

The slot lobby opens with a search field that suggests Sweet Bonanza as an example, followed by a Providers filter and a Popular sort. Twelve tiles fill the first screen in a grid of three columns. Live casino
The live casino has its own entry in the main menu. Roulette, baccarat and sic bo are named in the terms as table games, and the slot lobby also carries a blackjack tile. Remember that live bets do not count towards casino bonus wagering, which is why the live package exists as a separate offer.
Sports and predictions
The sportsbook screen starts with a row of sport icons, then a featured basketball game and a football fixture with three way prices. A Top leagues block follows, and an In-Play block at the bottom showed women's volleyball and an ATP doubles match in Tokyo.

The contact screen is split into three blocks. The first is for general questions and shows [email protected]. The second opens the live chat, which is staffed every day of the week around the clock. The third is for complaints and shows a separate address, [email protected].

While a deposit or bet limit runs, the amount can be lowered but not raised. A cool off still lets you log in and withdraw, yet deposits and bets stay blocked until it ends. The transaction history in the account lists every deposit, bet and withdrawal, which helps to keep track of spending.
Self exclusion is requested by e-mail to [email protected]. Settle open bets and withdraw your balance before you send the request. During the exclusion you cannot use the account or open a new one, and marketing messages stop. The terms also suggest blocking yourself on other gambling sites and contacting Gamblers Anonymous or Gambling Therapy for outside help.
Signing in and account security
The sign in screen repeats the magician from the home screen, this time with a wand and the rabbit under a purple spotlight. Below the Trixino logo it greets returning players with welcome back and asks for two things.
- Type the e-mail address linked to your account.
- Type your password. Use the forgot password link if you need a new one.
- Press the start playing button to open your account.
New players use the create account link at the bottom. Registration asks for a mobile number, an e-mail address, a username and a password, and the form has a checkbox to confirm that you are 18 or older.
Keeping the account safe
- Never share your login details. Trixino states that its staff will never ask for your password.
- Two factor authentication may be offered as an extra layer of protection.

Closing the account
